Understanding Your Benefits
The cost of therapy may vary depending on your individual insurance plan and benefits, including your deductible, copay, and coinsurance. Before beginning therapy, we can verify your benefits and review the information with you so you have a clearer understanding of your expected cost.
Some out-of-network insurance plans and employer benefits may offer partial reimbursement for therapy services. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all services. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments without prior notice may be charged a $100 fee. Please note that insurance does not cover late cancellation or no-show fees.
