Healing Beyond the Therapy Room
Throughout the year, I offer thoughtfully curated experiences in welcoming spaces such as local studios, cafés, parks, and other community settings. Each gathering is designed to create space for curiosity, self-expression, and connection.
Each workshop is rooted in the belief that healing is strengthened through connection to ourselves, our stories, our creativity, and our communities.
Whether you’re exploring something new, seeking a sense of belonging, or simply making intentional time for yourself, these gatherings are designed to feel warm, supportive, and accessible.
No previous experience is needed. You do not need to consider yourself “creative” or “artistic.” These workshops focus on the process of exploration and reflection rather than the final product.
***Workshops and community gatherings are separate from individual therapy and group therapy services. These offerings are designed as spaces for creativity, reflection, learning, and connection, and are not intended to replace clinical treatment. They are open to adults seeking meaningful opportunities to engage with themselves, their creativity, and their community.
There is something powerful about gathering together—sharing stories, creating space, and remembering we are not alone.
Workshop Topics May Include
Anxiety and stress management
Self-compassion and self-worth
Cultural identity and belonging
Relationships and connection
Burnout and life transitions
Creativity and emotional expression
Mindfulness and personal growth
