Individual Therapy
A space to reconnect with yourself.
Life has a way of pulling us in many directions. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, cultural identity, trauma, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, individual therapy offers space to slow down and be heard. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped your life while making room for healing, growth, and meaningful change.
My approach is relational, culturally rooted, and collaborative, recognizing that no two people experience the world in the same way. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, therapy is tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. Some sessions may focus on processing emotions or navigating current challenges, while others may invite reflection, creative expression, or developing practical tools to support everyday life.
At the heart of our work is the therapeutic relationship, a space built on trust, curiosity, and compassion where every part of your story is welcome. Therapy isn't about changing who you are or having all the answers; it's about creating space to understand yourself more deeply, honor your experiences, and explore where you want to go next.
Whether you're seeking therapy for anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, or cultural identity, our work together will move at a pace that feels supportive, intentional, and authentic to you.
Sometimes the most meaningful work is simply making space for yourself.

There isn't a "right" reason to start therapy. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply noticing that something feels off, therapy offers a space to slow down, explore your experiences, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. -
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This is also a time for you to ask questions and see if we feel like a good fit moving forward.

Most clients meet weekly, especially when beginning therapy, as consistency helps build connection and momentum. Frequency can be adjusted based on your needs, goals, and availability.

Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long.
